PAINTING OF ST. MATTHEW: Robert Sheerins has donated one of his paintings to St. Matthew’s.  It is a painting of a St. Matthew.  Points to note: it is an ‘older’ St. Matthew which you can note from his beard and furrowed brow; he is holding in his right hand the Gospel he has written and with his left hand invites you in to the Scriptures; through the window you can see Calvary.  Please take a moment to reflect prayerfully with this painting.  Many thanks, Robert!
